Richard P. Mesquias, Jr.’s
Richard P. Mesquias, Jr.’s (Director) role at Texas Southmost College (Fort Brown) has allowed him to cultivate interpersonal relationships and maintain a network of skilled labor as well as growing companies. He routinely spearheads strategic initiatives to enhance TSC’s engagement with external partners and drive workforce development programs. His role encompasses leading these initiatives to ensure they align with Texas Southmost’s standards and goals.
With a strong commitment to fostering collaborative partnerships and forward-thinking solutions, Richard is dedicated to advancing the college’s mission and supporting the success of students and the Rio Grande Valley community.
Mr. Mesquias earned a degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M Corpus Christi in 1984. He and his wife reside in Harlingen, Texas.
