Christopher L. Grizzaffi
Christopher L. Grizzaffi (Director) is an economics and finance professional with over 20 years of experience in managing private businesses as well as financing 70+ private investment projects. He has also served, since 2019, as a senior consultant to Celtic Asset and Equity Partners in Dublin, Ireland, and has played an integral role in the creation of the Financial Strategies Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: FXCO).
Between 2007 and 2017, Mr. Grizzaffi served as Owner and CEO of Innovo Resources Group, Innovo Energy Group, and Innovo Water Services. The investment firm created several multi-million dollar projects in Wind Energy and oil-field Water Filtration and formed an international water-filtration Joint Venture (JV) with EMS Global in Cambodia.
Prior to Innovo, in 1997, Mr. Grizzaffi obtained his securities licenses while utilizing his finance degree, managing personal portfolios for AXA Financial. He soon moved into senior management positions. In 2002, Chris accepted a position with the E&P brokerage firm of Titus Financial, a registered FINRA investment broker-dealer. He held titles of CFO & CCO, with Series 7, 24, 27 & 63 securities licenses. A native of Richardson, Texas, Mr. Grizzaffi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Finance and Economics from Austin College in Sherman, Texas.
